Below you’ll find answers to some of the more common questions I’ve received. Read on to learn more about my services and what I’ve done to help my clients in pursuit of their goals. What is the difference between an EMDR Intensive and an EMDR Retreat?Intensives are individual sessions tailored specifically for you; retreats are special weekends filled with group experiences and activities to help you on your journey towards healing and self-discovery.

What does a typical day look like for a EMDR Intensive?Sessions are usually 9 am to 4 pm with an hour lunch break. Your scheduled Intensive is entirely flexible and can be adapted to what your system needs at the time. Breaks can be taken as often as necessary.

How much time should I schedule for my EMDR Intensive?It depends. During your intake consultation, we will discuss the goals that you would like to achieve through the Intensive. Clients can schedule a half-day session, or an Intensive that spans across several days.

Do I have to live in Cleveland, Ohio to do an EMDR Intensive?No, you can live anywhere in the world! The beauty of Intensives is that work is concentrated over several days, rather than a weekly basis, so clients can make plans to be in Cleveland, no matter where they currently live.

How much will it cost?It is $1,200/day (Or $600 for a half-day). A 50% deposit is required to confirm your reservation, with the balance due on the first day of the Intensive.

What if I need to cancel?Please contact me as soon as possible to reschedule your session. If you cancel 30 days before your session, your 50% deposit is fully refundable. Otherwise your deposit is non-refundable.

What other services do you offer besides EMDR therapy?I offer a variety of therapeutic and concierge services for individuals, couples, and groups. I’m also licensed with supervision designation and help counselors, therapists, and clinicians grow in skill and thrive in their businesses.
